Looking at real estate is the easy part and it’s also something many agents and businesses excel at when creating a digital experience to see and view properties. We do believe elements of automation will take over aspects of the real estate deal in the near future. It’s far too bulky of a process with so many moving parts and individuals in each transaction. The role of some real estate agents is becoming more important than ever and yet, the role of the real estate agent is diminishing just as quickly.

Looking under the hood of the local real estate markets is a very difficult and complex part of real estate and that’s where we like to go with our business. It’s the future of this profession and right now there is still heavy emphasis on marketing, but we know what’s on the horizon for real estate transactions and how agents might play a role in those transactions going forward.

We are trusted experts in a space which demands a serious expert. All too often people work with people who they know, all the while compromising on the what they know. Real estate is inherently relationship based. It’s a common expectation to hire and work with people close to you or in your circle. This is also when clients can experience some of their greatest difficulty in the transaction. Clients rely too heavily on a friend or family members opinion about the subject property, but don’t have the tools to validate their perspective. That’s where we come in. Our goal is to provide support in these situations and provide guidance on the market and targeted values for most properties.
